This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Chick Shop Offer. It explains where we ship, how long processing and delivery take, how shipping is charged, and what to do if there is a delivery issue.
Where we ship
We ship only to physical addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to Canada. Orders with addresses outside the contiguous United States may be cancelled and refunded.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery time
After an order leaves our facility, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3–5 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 4–7 business days after placing the order. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free for all eligible orders within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order requirement, and no additional shipping charge will be added at checkout.
Carrier selection
We select a qualified carrier based on the destination, package size, and service availability. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another qualified carrier. If tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email address provided at checkout.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you to arrange reshipment or cancellation.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to review the issue.
